Low Season : November 2012 – March 2013
Sunday to Thursday: Double/Twin £115.00 per room per night
Friday and Saturday and Public Holidays: Double/Twin £125.00 per room per night
High season rates apply at Christmas and New Year.

Low Season Breaks
Sunday to Thursday: Double/Twin £105.00 per room per night – 3 night minimum stay excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year and weekends.

High Season – April 2013 to October 2013
Sunday to Thursday: Double/Twin £150.00 per room per night
Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays: Double/Twin £160.00 per room per night.
Dartmouth Royal Regatta: Double/Twin £180.00 per room per night
Stays of 7 nights or more are available at a discounted rate – please ask.

Single Occupancy
Double/Twin Tariff less £25.00

Additional Bed in Room £35.00 extra per night

Dinner

Three Course Meal £37.50 including service (menu can be influenced by guests!)

Please advise when booking if you would like Dinner on your first evening. Dinner is not served Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. We do not hold a liquor licence but you are welcome to bring your own, we will provide ice, lemon, tonic, nibbles etc.

Booking Conditions

Reservations will be confirmed by us and held on a credit/debit card. A deposit of one night's stay will be taken at the time of booking.

If a booking is cancelled within 21 days of the intended date of arrival then we reserve the right to charge the full amount less breakfast unless the room is re-let. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the intended arrival date, the total cost of the booking will be charged. If the room is re-let this charge will, of course, be waived. Special conditions apply at Christmas, New Year, Easter and Regatta.

Arrival after 3.30pm or earlier by prior arrangement.
